Reservation:
- deposit (= 20%) to be paid no later than 15 days after the invoice date
- remaining amount to be paid at least 1 week before arrival
- Those who book between 7 - 1 days before arrival pay the full amount immediately
 
Cancellation:
- if canceled up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded
- in case of cancellation between 7 days and 1 day before arrival or no-show: ​no refund
